Train to Ski is a culmination of years working in the snow and 10 years experience coaching clients in strength and conditioning. Stephanie China and Turner Moyse have designed these programs gathering together this knowledge with the express outcome of building the most effective training plan for skiing.
This Program will increase your strength power and endurance based on tried and tested strength and conditioning practices there are no gimics or made up exercises.
Designed around functional movement we will prepare you so you get the most from your time in the mountains.
